Staff was friendly. Didn't use the pool but the water slide looked like fun and sure sounded like the people using it had fub

Rooms were really small. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was dirt on the floor and in the corners. Room was very stuffy.

THE bed are to small for 2 adults.

The room was spacious and affordable. the sunset view from the room was amazing. - the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and pubs. - I recommend visiting Wooden Shoe nearby for a cup of tea or coffee.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was warm and great for kids to swim in. The suite we booked had two bathrooms which was a bonus after swimming. (There are 6 of us.)

The hide-a-bed was even less comfortable than most, and we didn't have bedding for it. Thankfully the friendly front desk staff were happy to supply that and extra towels, which we didn't have enough of.

Location good. Kids loved the pool and slide.

Breakfast was very limited. We found garbage in the drawers in our room & was told we'd be given a discount and didn't get it. Whilst swimming a part of the ceiling Muriel fell on my partners head! We were told the family suite was booked for the Sunday night & it wasn't. So we got moved to a room with two double beds & it was far too small for 5 of us, even though the hotel said it would work.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated with cozy beds and convenient amenities like central heating, an iron, and a work desk.

Hotel has a nice view of the bridge and it is close to downtown Lethbridge

King bed seemed more like a California-king, or maybe even a Queen bed size

Very friendly front desk staff.

Bathtub looked dirty. Big Cracks in tile floor in bathroom. Room door didn't seal shut -- could see outside through crack when door was locked. Dust mop left in room. Thin small bath towels. Very small room for the price. Would never stay here again.

The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying an extremely comfortable area. Very close to attractions and fast food restaurants, restaurants and shops, and downtown.- Galt Museum, Fort Whoop-Up, and river parkway are easily accessible.- We got a cheap room with a king-size bed.

i had cheap and compact room with the bunk beds for my big family. location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, attractions and fast food restaurants and the clinic. moreover, it was at a medium distance from a primary museum.

The room was cool because it allowed pets, and it had a sweet look. the view of the valley out back was nice! 🏞️

We got a room from the courtyard which is iteasy access to the pool. We also got a good view overlooking the valley and the iconic railway. Great sunset! Near most eating places and the mall. Kids love the pool!

Not so sure about the carpet if it is really clean. I don't recommend for crawling babies or toddlers.
